I hope they are in the field working on their business. Our business model will involve networking to build relationships in their community, making calls to both new and existing clients while efficiently managing their time.

What motivates you to keep going?

My sincere belief and passion that the business model works! I am most passionate about the success we have created for many of our franchisees.

If you were to start again, what would you do differently?

We made mistakes along the way but our core business is very strong so we will continue to enhance and build on that model.

I have a simple formula — show up every day, follow our proven methods and systems and you can achieve your goals.

What is the worst job you have ever had and what did you learn from it?

I would not say the worst job but my career as a Chartered Accountant gave me the business structure and ultimately the idea about telecom consulting business.

What is one thing that really excites you?

I am passionate about our business and I know it works especially when I see the success of many of our franchisees.

Any final words for aspiring entrepreneurs?

My thoughts are that if you aspire to business ownership be fully prepared to make a full time commitment. Franchising is a method that has proven success and the people are what drive that success.
