Adel Salameh, the owner of three Verlo Mattress Factory franchises, has acquired ownership of Verlo’s locations in Grafton and West Bend, effective Aug. 8, the company said.
A Racine native, Salameh has been a franchise owner for 15 years, winning the “Franchisee of the Year†award from the International Franchise Association in 2007. His three other stores are in Delafield, Fort Atkinson and Watertown.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Salameh intends to make several improvements to both storefronts and signage.
