Companies Paying Hiring “Bounties”

It’s a finders keepers job market out there says The New York Post.

More and more companies are paying their employees a bounty for finding a new hire.

Experts say the trend illustrates how social networks have come to affect almost everything about our lives, even the hiring process.

Others note that candidates that are personally referred tend to do a better job because they come pre-screened for the interview.
