Bengel’s Burgers LLC plans to open its newest Five Guys Burgers & Fries
location — its 15th in Central Florida — on Dec. 13 in Orange City.
The Orlando-based franchisee signed a 10-year lease last month for 3,287-square-foot freestanding building on Saxon Boulevard that will seat 110. The lease was an assignment from the former tenant, Fazoli’s, said a Bengel’s Burgers spokeswoman. The new location will employ about 40 workers.
Orlando-based general contractor Pioneer Construction Services Inc. handled the buildout, which was valued at about $250,000.
