Franchisee Tony Sachdeva believes in Stevi B’s Pizza so much, he was willing to run his only restaurant from more than a thousand miles away for six years.
“I really liked the concept and thought it was well positioned,†said Sachdeva, president of Restaurant Partners Group LLC, which plans to bring the premium pizza buffet to Central Ohio. “Our pizza tastes really good.â€
Sachdeva opened the lone Ohio unit in Findlay for the Atlanta-based chain in 2005 but a poor housing market kept him in Dallas and Stevi B’s Ohio growth stagnant until last year when he was able to relocate to Dublin.
