Valpak, a leader in local print and digital coupons, announced today that it has signed a franchise agreement with Jason and Michelle Muth to expand in Benton, Linn, Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties in Oregon. The couple brings with them several years of experience in the finance and commercial real estate industries.
“My wife and I were both looking for a career change that would have us working for ourselves and enable us to both entrench ourselves back into the Salem community,” said Jason Muth, Valpak of Salem franchisee. “Valpak gave us that opportunity and we look forward to bringing its cutting-edge technology and digital coupons to the community.”
Prior to joining Valpak, Jason worked at Sunwest Management, one of the largest privately owned senior housing operators in the U.S. When the company closed its doors in 2010, Jason and his wife began to look for business opportunities that would enable them to expand their entrepreneurial spirit. After coming across Valpak, the couple decided it was the perfect opportunity to become part of the growing coupon industry and start their own business. Their first Valpak Blue Envelope® was mailed this month.
